Calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI). BMI is a good indicator of your overall health and well being by providing your weight to height ratio. Results are indicative as BMI does not differentiate between muscle and fat mass.
To get your personal BMI simply enter your weight and your height.
Calculate your suggested daily Calorie intake. Simply enter your age, weight and your normal daily activity. We are using a formula based on these values to calculate the amount of calories your body needs to function normally. This does not mean you must have the exact amount suggested as the body will compensate for some variance.
The resulting value is an estimation and there are additional factors, such as genetic makeup that we cannot cater for. It is, however, a good place to start your journey towards healthy eating.
